Business Wings will take a detailed look at your current business position, including your targets for the future. We'll document your priorities and goals and also begin developing your business action plan.
FORMING A STRATEGY
Review of action Plan and Goal setting. Discussion to fine tune the action plan and agreed financial and marketing goals, establish monitoring system to record progress.
STRIVING FOR SUCCESS
Refine Business strategies, discussion of the achieved goals, marketing strategies and progress towards financial goals.
